Medical Massage
Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation. May use techniques with various tools to customize your experience as needed.
Sarga Bodywork®
Sarga Bodywork® is a barefoot massage method that employs the use of a fabric strap fastened to a massage table to deliver therapeutic myofascial and deep tissue techniques. This length of fabric is used by practitioners for stability and to add tensional and gravitational force to specific manual therapy methods. These methods, applied with the broad contact surfaces of the feet facilitate less restriction and more ease and relaxation in recipients’ bodies.
Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction, relaxation, and healing. Sessions are conducted with the client fully clothed on the massage table while the reiki practitioner gently places their hands, palms down, on or just above the client’s body in specific energy locations. There is no pressure, massage, or manipulation of the body tissue during the reiki session.

Call us at 843-855-2322 or simply book an appointment online. New clients must schedule and allow for a 30-minute intake counseling at their first appointment. This allows the therapist time to review their history and understand their needs for treatment.
