Our relationship with clients is grounded in mutual trust and respect. To ensure a positive experience for all, please review and agree to the following policies. Your support is greatly appreciated!

CONTACTING US

As business owners, we strive to accommodate our clients while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Inquiries made outside of business hours will be answered on the next business day. Business hours are:

  • Tuesday-Friday: 9am – 6pm
  • Closed for lunch from 12pm-1pm.

Thank you for understanding the importance of our personal time and self-care needs.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT

New clients should allow 30 extra minutes with their first appointment for the intake consultation. They should also complete all necessary health intake forms prior to the session.

Accepted payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You may also pay through Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, or check. Cash is the preferred method of payment.

TARDINESS

Sessions start and end promptly. Please arrive a few minutes early to discuss your current health and session needs. Late arrivals will result in a shortened session to respect the schedule of following clients. Full payment is still required.

CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS

  • Notification Requirement: We kindly ask that you provide a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This gives us sufficient time to fill the appointment slot with another client.
  • How to Cancel or Reschedule:
  • Phone: Call or text us at 843-855-2322.
  • Email: Send an email to LMT@twistedoakmedicalmassage.com.
  • Online: Use our online booking system to log in and cancel or change your appointment. You can also send a message through the online booking system.

No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, without notifying us in advance, a no-show fee of 100% of the booked service amount will be charged to your account. Upon rebooking another appointment, prepayment of the service will be required at the time of booking.

This policy is essential to protect our time and income.

SERVICE REFUSAL AND TERMINATION

Our services aim to improve and maintain health and wellness through therapeutic massage and bodywork. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if our professional boundaries or personal safety are compromised. Reasons include, but are not limited to, sexual advances, inappropriate behavior or speech, intoxication, contagious illness, poor hygiene, and chronic tardiness, cancellations, or no-shows.
